We only collect data that you actively provide — for example via the quote form, the Process Finder or the AI advisor. We process your name, company, email address, phone number, your message and, optionally, an uploaded component drawing.

Your data is used exclusively to handle your inquiry, prepare a quote and for internal quality assurance. We do not pass data on to third parties unless strictly necessary to fulfil a contract.

We only use technically necessary cookies and anonymous analytics tools to continuously improve how the site is used. You may withdraw your consent at any time by clearing the corresponding local-storage entry in your browser.

The AI advisor processes your messages via Anthropic's Claude API. No personal data is captured unless you enter it yourself. Conversations are stored in anonymised form for quality assurance.

Inquiries are stored within statutory retention periods (typically 10 years under the Swiss Code of Obligations).

You have the right at any time to access, rectify, delete or restrict the processing of your data. Please send any such request to sekretariat@f-kamm.ch.

Data transmission is encrypted (TLS). Your data is stored on servers in Switzerland or in the European Economic Area.
